New Work Order Page |

| The new Work Order page has been available for sometime for Users to opt into its use as a soft rollout.We are now switching this page to be the default view for users when logging in.For a short time we will keep the option to redirect to the old view, this will only be available for another month before it is turned off forever.So please familiarise yourself! Please see link to the Help Centre Page for its full functionality |

Filters Display |

Filters for the Asset View, Work Order View & Open Work Orders page are now displayed on the main page. We have also added in the ability to select more than one option in all fields. |

New Work Order Status x2 |

| Two new Work Order status have been added. In Progress: At least one WorkOrder Item has Work Performed entered or has a status of closed. Parts Received: Change this status within the Work Item. A Parts Received tab has been added to the Work Order Scheduler. |

Work Order View Page |

| You now can customise your WorkOrder View page. Use the arrows to expand & collapse columns as required. A new Work Order Status column has been included, giving you a great visual on the status of each Work Order immediately. |

General Settings |

In General Settings we have added a tick option to allow Work Orders to be closed without adding detail in each Work Item. Previously this has only been available for Work Orders with a Routine Service priority.
