our latest Timesheet release adds some new functionalities to users with Administration Access.

| When viewing a summary of timesheets, the data can be filtered so that only timesheets of a specific status are included in the summarised data. | ||
|
The calculated total hours will only show timesheets that reflect the selected status. This is helpful for searching for un-approved (“new”) timesheets.

Timesheets that are approved will have the name of the approver shown at the top of the page.

Self Approval Settings |

|
A new setting for timesheets has been added which can prevent Timesheet Admins from approving their own timesheets.
This new setting can only be edited by Company Admins in the Timesheet Settings page or the FleetAdmin Organisation page.
