TFO App - FleetTrack - Tracking via the TFO App

A guide on how to view Tracking on The Fleet Office App

The Fleet Office App supports Android devices 7.1 and above. Apple device IOS 9.0 and above. Any phone or tablet operating systems below these can not supported by our software.

Open The Fleet Office App 

• Select Tracking tile on the main page. 

Tracking Page - Map View 

This page shows a map visual of where your assets are located at last time of ignition on.

You can manipulate where you are looking by draging the screen to change location. 

Search for an Asset 

Using the Search bar you can search for an Asset using; 

• Asset ID 
• Rego 
• Asset Type 

Select the specific asset you would like to view. 

Specific Asset Tracking  

When selecting the specific asset, it shows;

• Location on the map view. (Time from last ignition on)
• If the asset is moving, the current speed
• Location address with ability to copy 

Asset Tracking - View More Details 

• Select View More Details 
• This will pull up the Asset information such as 
  • Rego, Make Model, Vin 
  • Current Driver Information
  • Odometer and Hour Meter Reading 
  • Vehicle Performance Summary, Idle and Utilisation

Asset Tracking - View History

• Select View History 
• This will show the trip's that the asset has completed for that day.
• The arrows on the trip line represent a speeding or harsh braking event. 
• To search for a specific date 
  • Select show Filter 
  • Select start date

Asset Tracking - View History

• Select View Public Maint History 
• This will show the Asset Maintenance History Page, displaying 
  
  • Asset Documentation made public via FleetAdmin
  • Ability to complete Prestart and Log Fuel (If the user has specific access) 
  • Previous prestarts completed 
  • Previous work orders raised and completed.
