FleetSafety - Human Resources - Training Needs Assessment

FleetSafety's 'Training Needs Assessment' allows you to see at a glance & export Users tickets, training and VOC expiry dates. 

Skip Ahead within the article to: 

• Go to FleetSafety
• Human Resources
• Click on 'Training Needs Assessment' 

Create Search 

• Select via drop downs to view users via tickets, internal training modules, VOC's
• Filter via Departments, Sites and positions. 
• It also allows you to; 
  • Show Missing 
  • Show Apprentices/ Trainees Only
  • Include Subcontractors 

• 

• Select search 
  • Note: You can select for easy access in future/ regular searches 

• This will display all users that match search criteria with list of 
  • Issue Date 
  • Expiry 
  • Due 

Export Search 

• Export any search results by selecting 'CSV List' top right of page
