FleetHire - Company Settings

Company settings will enable you to set the thresholds that will apply to the contracts sent to your clients. If any of the thresholds are exceeded, the exceeded amount will be applied to the next invoice automatically. 

You can set the hours the asset can work per day, stand down days allowed, and damage waiver. These settings will apply on all your contracts across all clients.

You can set maximum hours for Assets via levels.  Fleet being broadest, via Asset the narrowest.  When excess hours are calculated, the narrowest level for the asset will be used.

Go to Company Settings to adjust.
