FleetAdmin - Organisation

Organisation is where you can customise The Fleet Office.

Adding in Projects & Divisions will allow you drill down on reporting & alerts.  Giving users the information that is relatable to them.

All created fields are available as drop down options in Timesheets & Dockets for your users to select.

Company Details

Logo Choose File to load your Company logos
Details Enter company ABN, phone, address etc
Time Zone Enter the Timezone for your Company
Departments These can be customised to suit your company set up.  Click on + Add
Positions These can be customised to suit your company set up.  Click on + Add
Cost Codes These can be customised to suit your company set up.  Click on + Add
   

 

Company Unique Identifier - Subcontractor Link
