FleetSafety Induction - Subcontrators - Invite & Manage

Induction Subcontractors allows you to invite your Subcontractors to The Fleet Office. Your Subcontractors will be emailed an invitation to a FREE limited version of The Fleet Office.  This will allow them to add their Insurances, Users, upload tickets & complete your inductions. 

Once you have approved your Subcontractor, they can invite their Users to complete your Inductions, which you can see in InductionAdmin.

Invite Subcontractors

  • Go to FleetSafety
  • Subcontractors 

Screen

  • Enter Subcontractor email address in Invite New Subcontractor
  • Click on Send Invite

The Subcontractor will be emailed an invitation to register for the FREE version of The Fleet Office.

Subcontractor will then follow the sign up prompts.

Exisiting TFO Clients

If your Subcontractor is already a TFO client, all they are required to do, is email you their Company Unique Identifier found in FleetAdmin Organisation

When your Subcontractor sends their CUI, copy & paste the CUI into the Add Subcontractor section

You will need to slide the Approved toggle for the Subcontractor to see your company in their TFO version.  The Subcontractor can then invite their employees to your required Induction 

The Subcontractor will then be shown in list below.

Edit Subcontractor

  • Click on the Purple company name
  • This will show the information your Subcontractor has entered into their TFO version, you will be unable to edit this information.  If any changes are to be made, get in contact with your Subcontractor.
  • You can view & download Insurance Certificates
  • Add any additional documents to General Documentation

Add Sites to Subcontractor

Here is where you can add your Site Inductions that are specific to each Subcontractor.

The subcontractor list will show expiring or expired Insurances

Linking Tickets to Subcontractor Position

All invited Subcontractor Employees will be a Subcontractor Position. See Adding Positions article.  Subcontractors can select their own training positions from your company. by selecting 

Please note: A Subcontractor Employee will not be able to continue to Site Inductions until they have added all Required Tickets.  You may find adding Tickets as Desired rather than Required will allow all types of Subcontractors to continue through the Induction process with ease.

Subcontractors will be able to select from the below list of tickets to submit.

Induction Users Filters

Use the filter boxes to search for required Users.  All invited Subcontractor employees will have Subcontractor as their position, or you can filter via Employer.
