Create Site forms that are specific for individual Sites or make them global to be available to all sites. Site Forms are completed via Induction & viewed in FleetSafety. |
Creating a Site Form

Allocate Site Form to a Site
|
It is possible to allocate a Site Form to a particular Site. When a User completed the Induction for this Site they will be prompted to complete the form. |
- Go to Sites
- Click on Documents for the required Site
|

- Select required Form from dropdown options
|
|
- Click on Add
- The form will now appear on the specific sites induction
- Use the toggle to choose if form is available to Company Only or All Users (Including Subcontractors)

Allocate Site Form to all Sites - Global Documents
|
- Go to Sites
- Click on Global Site Documents
|
|
- Select required Form from dropdown options
|
|
- Click on Add
- The form will now appear all site inductions
- Use the toggle to choose if form is available to Company Only or All Users (Including Subcontractors)

View, Email & Export Completed Site Forms
|
- Go to Sites
- Click on required Sites Documents
- View completed
|
|
This will display all Users that have completed the form |
|
- Click View Form to see completed
- Click on Export to export completed form data to csv
|
Email Site Form
|
- Click on Email on Completed form - See create email Templates
- Select the required Email Template
- Enter the email address - It is possible to add static emails into Email Templates
- Ensure you hit Enter or Tab - The email address will need to be boxed in purple

Adding Attachments to Emails
