Create multiple stores & store layouts. Link assets to stores & give store a map coordinates.
Click Button to Skip to:

Add New Store
|
- Go to FleetParts
- Stores
- Click on the
 button - Bottom right of page
- Then + Add Store
|
|
|
Create Store
|
- Enter Store Name
- Select Assets to link to the Store from the dropdown list if applicable
- If a Depot Store the address will be required
- Type in address or scroll map to find location
|
|
|
Create Store Layout
|
- Click to required Store
- Click on + to Add Location branch or
 to edit name
|
 |
- Click + to create additional Location branches
- Click Save
|
 |
Store Inventory
|
| Check stock levels in each Store Location |
- Go to Stores
- Select required Store
- Click on the Inventory tab
|
 |
- Clicking on the
 on each Location branch will display the Parts & Qty for each location
|
Store Part Configuration
|
| Set the minimum Qty for each part, for each Store location |
- Click on the Part Config tab
- Hover over the Part name
|
|
|
- Click on the Edit button
- Enter in the Minimum Qty for the Part
- Hit save
