Use Work Orders to assign Parts & manage stock levels. Assign parts to Work Items within Auto Services or add them directly to a Work Order. |
Add Parts to Service Schedules

These parts will automatically appear in the Work Order items. These parts do need to be assigned to the Work Order |
Assign Parts to the Work Order Items

- Go to Work Order
- Choose the correct Parts Store
|
|
|
|
|
- Select the Supplier Part & Location form the dropdown options
- Enter the quantity of Parts used
- Click Assign
|
|
|
This will adjust the stock levels of the Part. |
Add Parts to the Work Item
|
If a Work Order is not a scheduled service or there are no Parts assigned. |
|
|
|
|
- Use Filters to find required Part
- Add Part & enter Quantity used
- Click Apply
|
|
- Select the Supplier Part & confirm Qty taken
- Click on Assign
- Save
|
This will adjust the stock levels of the Part |
