| Spot Search allows users to search for vehicles within a specific location and time period. Select a start and end date to search for vehicles within a 24 hour period. After finding matching assets on the map, users can see the asset image icons and the routes of each vehicle, indicated by different colours. |
Create Search Date Time & Area

- Go to FleetTrack
- Click on Spot Search
- Select the start & end date and time for your search (Maximum of a 24 hour range)
- Search for address in the search bar
- Click on correct address

- Click the
 icon
- Draw a polygon to mark the boundaries of the search (Limited to a maximum of 100km²)
- You can update and delete the search area by selecting the dots on the edge of the polygon.

- Click on Search for Assets
|
Results
|
- Assets and the route taken within the search area will display on the map.

- Scroll to bottom of page to see results table.
- Table can be exported to csv by selecting
- Please note it will not allow you to download CSV until the location has loaded. (This can take several minutes)
- The maximum number of tracking results returned are 1000. If you do not find the information desired, narrow your search by using a smaller polygon, or a shorter time period.
