Dear valued customer,
Have you checked out our new notifications feature? You can now create notifications that automatically build and populate a work order in the FleetMaint2 Maintenance software. In addition to this, you can auto attach instructional documentation to work orders driving enhanced compliance and providing the best support for your maintenance workers possible. Using these tools effectively ensures you will never miss an inspection, audit or scheduled maintenance item.
-
Access FleetAdmin - click on assets, select the asset and upload relevant documentation to be attached to that asset.
-
Click on the notifications tab - Here you enter in the information such as the name of the notification, frequency, who receives the email (a reminder is sent 7 days before due date), enter in date it is due then click add.
-
Click on extra fields so you can manually add recipients.
-
Work Order - if you tick the box, this notification will then create a Work Order.
-
You will be prompted to add items.
-
You also have the option to attach documentation (docs) against each of the work order items for fitters to access that is entered into FleetMaint.
Check out the step-by-step video below that explains how to create notifications and work orders within the notification tab in assets within FleetAdmin.
We will continue to add to the software so if you have any suggestions please notify us. Additionally, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to chat to the team on 1300 110 248.
