FleetHire - Dashboard

The Dashboard is the page you’ll see when you first log into FleetHire. It gives you a quick overview of how your fleet are performing with details on projected income and unused assets that will quickly show you what you can plan for in the next month

Assets which are equipped with a Tracker, will appear on the map showing their position in real-time. Untracked assets will only appear on the map if a position has been supplied through a pre start.

To refine which Assets are shown on the map, click Show Filters, make your selection and click Refresh.

The Dashboard is divided into 3 sections; 

Contracts, Unused Assets & Current Location Map.

Contracts

The contracts bar graph displays income from your hired assets per month based on your current contracts & current value invoiced. This gives you a visual representation of the last few months to quickly view your earnings and enable you to plan for future months.

Top 10 Unused Assets

The top 10 unused assets can be used to identify to your company the assets that are not allocated to a contract. This is sorted by highest hire rate.

Current Location Map

The current location map shows the tracking and location of all assets in your hire asset list at the moment allowing you the ability to see and check on your assets. There are filters available to enable you to select specific asset names, types, or status'.
