FleetAdmin - Alerts

The Alert section of FleetAdmin allows you to create notifications for selected Users based on conditions you specify from our pre built list.

Select Button to Skip Ahead to:

 

Create New Alert

• Go to FleetAdmin
• Click on Alerts
• Click on Add New Alert

Alert Settings

Alert Name	Name the Alert
Alert Category	Filters the Alert Types
Alert Type	Pick from one of our pre set alert types. Hover over the alert to see a description of what the alert is for.
Division	Filter Alerts via Divisions
Fleet	Select the type of vehicles to be listed. Light vehicles, plant, trucks, or equipment.
Included Subcontractors	If you have subcontractor links to assets from other companies in your fleet, select them here to apply the alert to their assets as well.

Filter Alerts by Assets & Asset Types

Asset filter allows you to filter the alerts via individual asset or asset type

Filter by Asset

• Alerts will be created for all assets in the grey fields
• Selecting an asset from the white dropdown, will move the asset into grey reporting fields
• Click on the  in the grey fields to exclude assets from alerts & move excluded to the white dropdown options

Click on select all from the white dropdown to move all assets & asset types into the grey reporting field to report on entire fleet.

Filter by Asset Type

All Assets - Auto add Assets to Alerts

If all Assets, Asset Types or Divisions are selected, you have the option to automatically add new Assets with the same filters to the Alert.

Please Note: This functionality only works if All Assets are selected within the Division, Asset Type. 

Notified People

Select the users you would like to be notified via email by the alert. 

• Select user from the dropdown option
• You can select up to 4 users to receive the email alert
• Save the alert
