The Fleet Office App supports Android devices 7.1 and above. Apple device IOS 9.0 and above. Any phone or tablet operating systems below these can not supported by our software.

Completing Prestart
Open The Fleet Office App on your mobile device
Select the 'Prestarts' tile - Top left
Select your asset from the Asset List
or Select a recently operated asset - This will list the last 3 assets
The selected asset will now display maintenance information
scroll to the bottom of the page
Any documents that are required sign on will display - Open and Sign onto the document.
Once all documents have been signed onto it will now allow you to select 'Do Prestart'
Complete prestart checklist
Any issues that may be present ensure the 'Issue' check box has been ticked. This will then allow you to raise a work order for that item.
Any comment boxes must also be completed
Once you have completed prestart checks you can upload any images and sign off
Select 'Complete Prestart'
Raising a Work Order via Prestart Issue
If you have raised an issue during your prestart checklist it will now prompt you to raise a work order
Complete 'Work Required' field
Upload any images of issue
Select 'Submit'
Select Yes or No
If you select Yes - Your prestart and work order have been submitted.
If you have selected 'No' this warning will appear
Please note when raising work order if the Asset has existing/ open work orders they will display in list form
If existing, select 'Issues Previously Reported' - This will not allow you to create another work order for the same issue
If the issue is not existing select 'Issues NOT Previously Reported' - This will allow you to create a new work order for the asset.
Follow the prompts to complete new work order as above
Submit
Raising a Work Order without Prestart
If you have completed your prestart checklist and an issue with the asset occurs, you can 'Report Issues' to raise a work order at anytime.
