A guide to entering the total litres of fuel filled against the asset via the TFO App.

Step 1 - Select the Asset via App
|
- Click on Fuel Log on the App
|

- Use the dropdown options to select asset
- Recent assets previously completed will appear for selection
|

Step 1 - Select the Asset via QR Code
|
- Scan the Asset QR Code Sticker
|

Step 2 - Enter detail
|
- Fuel Amount - Enter amount of Fuel in 'Litres'
- Fuel Cost - This is optional - Enter in total cost of fuel
- Fuel Type - This will be pre-selected from previous
- Click on reset type to change.
- It is also possible to include additives - Click on reset fuel type & select additive from dropdown options
- Project - Optional field set by your admin - Select Project from dropdown

- Fuel Source - Click on Tap to Select Fuel Source

- Choose the correct option
- If you select a Company fuel source, you will be given the option to tick Choose a company asset. This will give you the option to select the AssetID from your existing company asset list.
- This list will be limited to assets that have a Fuel Asset Type in FleetAdmin

Step 3 - Upload Receipt
|
- Click on Choose File
- Take Photo or Choose from Gallery
|

Step 4 - Log Fuel
|
|
|
