TFO App - Tyre/Rim Inspection

Complete Tyre & Rim inspections via the TFO App.  Identify issues and raise Work Orders that will be created directly into FleetMaint.

Click a button below to skip ahead: 

• Go to TFO App
• Click on the Tyre/Rim Inspection tile

• Select Asset - Only Assets with Wheel Positions set will appear

Edit Tyre Readings

• Click on the + for each Position

Tyre Asset details will appear with the last readings displayed

• Click on the readings to enter new readings

Raise Issue(s) - Generate a Work Order

• Click on Raise Issue(s)
• Enter Work Order Description
• Select a Priority
• List Issues (Work Required) It is possible to add multiple Issues
• Click on + Add Image
• Take Photo or Choose from Gallery
• A Work Order will be created for each Tyre & Rim Issue Raised

Position Notes & Images

• Add notes & up to 6 images for each Wheel Position 

Track Progress

- Indicates that Tyre Readings have been updated

- Shows that an image has been attached to the Position

- Will display if any notes have been made against the Position

Each wheel Position will display how many issues have been listed in yellow

Please Note: The Inspection will automatically save as a draft on the App until you are ready to submit.  If you log out of the TFO App, this data will be lost.

Add notes general notes or add Images for the overall inspection

Submit Inspection
