FleetCentre - 2-Factor Authentication

The Fleet Office is introducing 2-Factor Authentication to ensure the information within The Fleet Office stays private, safe and secure. In addition to your password, 2-Step verification adds a quick second step to verify that it is you. 2-Step Verification is a proven way to prevent widespread cyberattacks.

You will need to download an Authenticator App from your App Store.  Popular Authenticator Apps include:

• Microsoft Authenticator
• Authy
• Google Authenticator

Set up within FleetCentre

• Go to My Profile

• Your login email & password can be changed here

Please Note: Any changes made on this page will flow through to User information within the The Fleet Office

• Click On Enable - This will display a QR Code

• Open your chosen Authenticator App
• Scan the QR Code
• The Authenticator App will give you a code

• Enter code
• Click on Confirm Connection

Once connection it will display as Connected to Authenticator App.  This will only need to be completed once, unless you click on Reset.

Log into The Fleet Office with 2 Step Verification

• Go to The Fleet Office login page

• Enter your login email address & password as usual
• Click Login

• Go to your Authentication App & key in the displayed Security Code for The Fleet Office.  This number will be autogenerated by the App. 
• Click confirm 

Use Email to receive code

• Enter your login email address & password as usual
• Click Login

• Click on Email Code Instead?

• Go to your email

• Enter code & click confirm
