TFO App - Trip Logging

Keep track of your Asset usage by using Trip Logging.  Set which Assets require Trip Logging & give each trip a purpose.

Please Note: Assets must have a TFO Tracker for Trip Logging functionality.  A trip is determined by ignition on & ignition off. 

Trip Logging data is processed overnight and is not available immediately after a trip is completed. Trips driven today will be available in the TFO App and FleetAdmin the following morning for review and allocation. If no trip appears after overnight processing, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

• Go to Trip Logging in the TFO App

• Each Trip will be listed.  Trips are determined by ignition on & ignition off

• Click on Edit

• Select Business or Personal
• If Business is selected enter a Reason
• Save
