TFO App - User Forms

Completing Forms via TFO App 

• Within the TFO App select the User Forms icon 
• 
• This will show a list of your assigned user forms to complete
• 
• Select Edit 
• Fill out detail fields 
• Submit form 

This form can only be completed once, but edited at anytime as details may change.
