Risk Assessments are added to individual Assets. These are automatically linked to QR Codes giving public access to the document. Users can sign on via Asset Documents on The Fleet Office App, or during Prestarts ensuring that each User has signed on to the current Risk Assessment before use.

There are different ways you can add a Risk Assessment. You can add an existing document, or you can select the Risk Assessment Builder option. |

The Risk Assessment tab will now list all Risk Assessments for Asset with the current highlighted green. The current Risk Assessment will be shown when the QR code is scanned. Email Documentation - The Risk Assessment can be emailed to interested parties from this page. Operator Sign On - All Users signed onto the current Risk Assessment are listed on the page, this list can be exported to CSV for the individual asset & for all assets. Clicking on Risk Assessment Admin - View All - Will provide a fleet wide overview of all Risk Assessments & the date they were created |
