Skipped Notifications

Skipped Notifications are notifications that were not processed because the due date passed while the asset was unavailable for notifications.

This usually happens when the asset was:

  • Deleted, or
  • Marked status as Disposed Of, Out of Service, Sold or Withdrawn In Asset Details when the notification became due.

You can find number of skipped notifications with the Asset Notification Page

or

Top of your FleetCentre Menu

To view skipped notifications

  • select View Skipped List
  • Your asset notifications overview will appear with Skipped Notifications showing in red at the top of the list

Reactivate Notifications

To reactivate the notification, either:

  • Click Edit on the notification and select Trigger Notification Now

    or

  • Click Edit on the notification and enter a new due date.

Note: Deleted assets and assets with an inactive status (Disposed Of, Out of Service, Sold or Withdrawn) are not included in this list.
