FleetAdmin - Trip Logging

Manage your FBT compliance with The Fleet Office.

Assets with TFO Trackers can detect trips & allows your Users to give each trip a purpose via the TFO App.

Data can then be exported to csv allowing each Asset's personal & business use to be easily identified.

 

Please note: Trip Logging data is processed overnight and is not available immediately after a trip is completed. Trips driven today will be available in the TFO App and FleetAdmin the following morning for review and allocation. 

If no trip appears after overnight processing, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

 

Enable Trip Logging on Assets

  • Go to FleetAdmin
  • Select Asset
  • In Asset details tick to enable Trip Logging

Please Note: Asset must have a TFO Tracker for Trip Logging functionality

Trips

  • Go to FleetAdmin
  • Trips

  • A Trip is determined by each ignition detected by the tracker, on & off
  • Users use the Trip Logging Tile in the TFO App, to give each trip a purpose & optional reason

Please Note:  Trips can only be purposed via the TFO App, not within the Trip Logging Admin

Export Trip Logging Data

Located at the top of the page, Click on Export buttons

  • Export - Each trip log is put on a new row
  • Summary - Each Asset is put on a new row with Trip Log information summarised
