FleetAdmin - User Forms

User Forms are designed to capture specific user details via the TFO App. The forms can only be created once per user and can be edited as detail may change.

Creating User Forms

Within FleetAdmin you can create your fully customisable User Forms

• Click here to view our article on how to create Forms 
• Ensure you select the Form Type as 'User Form' from the dropdown list
• When the Form is created it will look similar to below example
• 

Accessing Completed Forms 

• From FleetAdmin 
• Select Users > User Forms
• 
• This will display each User Form Type 
• Select the Form you would like to access
• A list of completed Form Users will appear
• From here you can select each user individually or export full list to CSV
•
