FleetAdmin - User Access Control

The User Access Control page is where you can set the roles and permissions for your Users. Users will be listed showing their System Roles and a list of your subscribed modules. You can allocate to your team members with a simple tick.

System Role

The System Role determines the overarching access for the User. See table below for each roles capability.

Department

See FleetAdmin - User Details for how to assign a User a Department.  

Projects

See FleetAdmin - Organisation - Projects  for how to add Users to Projects. 

Assign User Access

• Click on each Module red cross to allow access for each User. 
• To determine what each module grants access to, click on the icon for a brief description.

Please Note: Clicking on Fleet Assets Read Only will override all other FleetAdmin access.
