FleetSafety Induction - Email Notifications

 

All Users with expiring tickets & training with automatically receive an email 30 days prior to expiry date & on the day of expiry.

Email notifications allows you to choose other users, for example managers or training coordinators, to be bcc'd into the email notifications.

  • Go to InductionAdmin
  • Organisation
  • Email Notifications

  • Choose user's name from the dropdown to add to relevant option

Please note: A user must be an induction administrator to appear in the options

Expiring Tickets User & Bcc will receive notification email 30 days prior to expiry date
Expired Tickets User & Bcc will receive notification email on expiry date
Expiring Training User & Bcc will receive notification email 30 days prior to expiry date
Expired Training User & Bcc will receive notification email on expiry date
Due Tickets Users who chose to upload later on Tickets with grace periods the User & Bcc will receive notification email 7 days before the due date.
Expiring Competency Check User will receive notification email 30 days prior to VOC Expiry 
Incidents User will receive email when form with Incident Type has been submitted
Inspections User will receive email when form with Inspection Type has been submitted
Overdue corrective Actions User will receive Notification emails when Corrective Action that is open, In Progress or Pending Review passes its Due Date
Corrective Actions update User will receive email notification when an Open Corrective Action has been updated
Document Review Date User will receive email notification 7 days before Document expiry date

Please Note: Once users tickets & training has moved past expired date.  Email reminders can be generated from Induction - Human Resources
