FleetSafety - Adding Positions

In Positions, you can add, edit and delete positions within FleetSafety Induction. You can also define which Tickets and Internal Training are required for each Position. 

Link these Positions with your Subcontractors to ensure each Subcontractor is compliant with your Position requirements.

Add New Position

  • From the FleetSafety
  • Select Positions
Screen 
  • Enter new Position name
  • Click on Add New Position 
  • Position will appear in list below

Edit Position

  • Click on the Screen Shot 2024-08-07 at 15.10.27.pngbuttons to delete or edit Position

Restrict Access for Subcontractors

Use the toggle to restrict the Position to not be available for Subcontractors to select.  When toggle is green, Subcontractors cannot allocate this Position to their Users.

When the toggle is off your Subcontractor will be able to allocate a specific position to each of their Users.  Ensuring that each Subcontractor has completed the required Induction for that Position.

See example below of how your Subcontractor can choose one of your Positions for each of their Users.

Allocating Tickets and Internal Training

Once a new position has been created, you can allocate the Tickets and internal training relevant to that position.

  • Click on the Ticket Icon
Screen
  • Select the Ticket from the dropdown
  • Select whether the ticket is Required or Desired
  • Click Submit
  • Select Internal Training from the dropdown
  • Select required Internal Training
  • Click on Submit
  • Click on the X to delete
