FleetMaint - Work Order Scheduler

The Work Order Scheduler is a visual tool, allowing the allocation of Work Orders to your team of Fitters. Drag & drop Work Orders to allocate to a date & fitter.  Use the calendar to view scheduled Work Orders at a glance.

Calendar Settings

Use the Calendar Settings to display scheduled Work Orders as required.  Change the height of calendar, move to a time grid view.

Calendar

The calendar can be displayed in mutliple ways.  See your sceduled Work Orders in day, week or month view.  Click on the calendar to choose a particular date.  

Hover over a Work Order to display the Work Order detail.  Clicking on the Work Order will open it in a seperate tab.

Work Order Table

This section of the Scheduler displays Work Orders spilt into seperate criteria tabs.  These tabs are not exclusive and the same Work Order may appear under multiple tabs. For instance, an open Work Order that has not had a fitter assigned will feature in both the Open and Unassigned tabs. 

Work Orders can be added to the schedule by dragging and dropping into the calendar allocating to the required fitter and date.  Drag the work order along the line to extend to the expected time frame.

Table Columns

  • Column headings sort the table by ascending or descending column values.
  • Work Order numbers are clickable, opening the relevant Work Order in a new tab.
  • All dates are clickable, navigating the calendar to that specific date. This includes the Work Order opened, closed and scheduled start dates.
  • The duration input refers to the estimated duration of a job in hours, this can be edited & saved using the save icon at the end of each row. Any changes will display on the Calendar.
  • The progress column represents the remaining open maintenance items in each Work Order, to use as a quick visual aid to indicate how a job is progressing. Clicking on the looking glass icon will trigger a Work Order Summary pop up, with a description of each maintenance item and the work performed for the relevant work order. Scroll to bottom to Close.

 

Work Order Filters 

Use the Work Order filters to narrow down the Work Orders displayed in the table. Multiple selections can be made within each filter.

  • Select within each drop down field to apply filter to Work Order Table 

Filter by 

  • Allocated Fitters 
  • Division
  • Geofence
  • Work Order Priority 
  • Asset ID
  • Contract (For FleetHire Users)
  • Scheduled Date Range 
  • Work Order Number Range 

 

Work Order Filter - Contracts 

For FleetHire Users - The Contracts filter will display Work Orders for assets assigned to specific hire contracts.

  • Select one or more Contract Numbers from the drop-down list.

  • Each contract is displayed as Contract Number – Client Name 
  • The list of available contracts is pulled directly from FleetHire Contracts.

     

  • Once selected, the Work Order table will only display Work Orders for assets assigned to the chosen contract(s).

  • Once a contract has been selected, a View Contract Dates button will appear next to the Contracts filter. 

  • Select View Contract Dates 
  • Pop up with all hire periods associated with the selected asset. 
  • Clicking on Contract number will open the Contract in FleetHire
