FleetMaint - Auto Service Settings

The Auto Service Settings allows you to set up service schedules based on Distance or Hour intervals, listing the Work Order Items that need to be completed on service.  Add the OEM service schedules or create your own. 

Auto service schedules are set for each Make & Model. Once created, it is possible to clone to different makes & models.

  • Go to FleetMaint
  • Settings
  • Click on Auto Servicing

Auto Service Settings

  • This page lists all Makes & Models created in FleetAdmin
  • The icon next to Make & Model will show its current status
  • Use the filter boxes to find required

Import an Auto Service Schedule

  • Click on the Import icon beside required make & model

  • Choose Make
  • Once selected all models for this make will be displayed.  Allowing for the one Service Schedule to be imported to several models at the one time
  • Tick model/s

Service Schedule Templates

All Service Schedules are required to be uploaded in the csv templates provided. 

Please Note: The Fleet Office are building a library of makes & models based on OEM service schedules.  Please email us at support@thefleetoffice.com.au to enquire if we have a template ready built for your required make & model.

  • Click on Template to download csv

Service Interval

This is the Interval of Hours that a Work Order will be Auto generated

Interval Type

Must be H for Hours

Service Item

These are the Work Order Items required to complete the service. 

Extra

The Extra columns allows for any additional details. Part numbers for example.

Please Note: Service Items will automatically be repeated in the next interval increments.  For example Service Items in a 250 hour service will be repeated in a 500 hour service, only 250 hour items will appear in a 750 hour service.  These intervals will be displayed on completed schedules - See View & Edit schedules below.

Service Interval

  • Create your template & save

Import Completed Service Schedules

  • Select method from dropdown

Upload File

  • Click on Upload & select your saved template
  • Click on Generate Schedule

Clone from Existing

  • Select Make from Dropdown
  • Select Model to Clone from
  • This will display a preview
  • Click on Generate Schedule

View & Edit Service Schedules

  • Click on the required Make & Model

  • This will show Intervals & included Intervals
  • Use the buttons to Add, Edit or Delete Intervals
  • Click on Add Item to add to Service Schedule
  • Click on under the Extra Details column to add in any additional detail required
