FleetSafety - Sites

Add new sites, update existing and add site-specific slides, videos, questions, forms & documents in FleetSafety Induction.

Site documents & external websites can be added for individual sites or make them global to appear in all sites. Users are can read & sign the documents during their induction.

Select Sites from FleetSafety Induction

Adding a New Site

• Click Add New Site

• Enter the site name
• Site address
• Add a site start date and site end date  - Optional
• Click submit
• Sites can be edited & deleted

Add Site Specific Slides

Global Documents

Global documents will be available on all sites

• Click on Global Site Documents

• Drag file or 'click to select'.  See list for allowable file types
• Document will appear in the Current Global Documents list
• Toggle to Company Only - For Users
• Toggle to All Users - Users & Subcontractors

Documents

These Documents will be Site specific

• Go to Sites
• Click on Documents for the specific site

You will see all Global Documents listed "" & Site Specific documents

View Document Sign-Ons

• FleetSafety
• Sites
• Info
• Click on View Sign-Ons
• This will display all users that have signed on to document
  • You can select checkbox to show sign ons from All Sites. 

• This list can be exported to csv.

Edit

Click to Edit Site details

Users

Click on the Icon to see the Users that have completed the Site Induction

Refresh

Set how often the Site Induction will need to be refreshed.  The User will automatically be prompted to redo the Induction

• Click on Edit
• Add in refresh period in months

Reset

If there has been a change to the Site Induction & you require Users to re-take, it is possible to Reset selected modules of the Induction

• Click on the Reset icon

• Choose FULL Reset
• Or Reset individual modules of the Site Induction
