Use company settings to set defaults for currency & tax rates.  

You can set stand down limits & maximum hours for different hire rate types.

Default Currency	Option to choose between AUD & NZ currency
Default Tax Rate	Set the related countries tax rate / GST rate
Damage Waiver	Set your company defined rate
	Please note: The above are default rates, that can be overridden at both quote & contract stage.  A default currency & tax rate can also be set for each Client.
Weekly Stand Downs Allowed	Set the maximum weekly stand downs allowed
Monthly Stand Downs Allowed	Set the maximum monthly stand downs allowed
Maximum Daily Hours	Set maximum daily hours
Maximum Weekly Hours	Set maximum weekly hours
Maximum Monthly Hours	Set maximum monthly hours
Enforce Meter Updates - On/Off hire Reports	Allow users to capture and update Hour Meter and Odometer readings for assets when completing an on/ off hire report

Set maximums for different levels of your fleet. Choose the level at which to set maximums.  The broadest would be by fleet & the narrowest level by asset. When excess hours are calculated, the narrowest level for asset will be used.
