TCA RIM Scheme

It is now possible to enrol your TFO tracked Asset to the TCA RIM Schemes.

Please see link for the list of available RIM Schemes.

*Please note: The Fleet Office can enrol Assets to RIM schemes only

Getting started

Please get in touch via [e-mail] requesting TCA Enrolment.

Once email is received, we will reply with:

• Tri Party Agreement
• TFO Agreement

When these have been signed and returned you will be granted access to the TCA Enrolments

Mandatory Organisation Details

Please ensure the following detail is entered in FleetAdmin - Organisation

• ABN
• Street name & number
• Suburb
• State
• Phone

Mandatory Asset Details

Please ensure the following detail is entered in FleetAdmin - Asset Details

• Registration Number
• Registration State
• Vin Number
• PBS Approval Numbers

Enrolling Assets

Go to

• FleetAdmin
• TCA Enrolments

This will display a list of your TFO tracked Assets

• Search for or select the Asset 
• Tick the required RIM schemes for the asset to  be enrolled 

• Click Save

• Double check information
• Click Save

Once enrolments are completed you will receive a success confirmation and status changed. 

NOTE** If there are errors, please refer to the mandatory information required above.

Certificate of Enrolment - Download

The Certificate of Enrolment will autogenerate against the asset. 

• To to FleetAdmin
• Assets
• Select the Asset required
• Click the Asset Details tab
• Scroll to the bottom of the page

• Click on Download Certificate
• This will generate as a PDF

Certificate of Enrolment - QR Code

Your certificate will also be automatically available on the QR Code on the Public Maintenance History Page

Canceling Enrolments

It is possible to cancel an enrolment at any time.

• Go to FleetAdmin
• Assets
• Find the asset & click on The TCA Enrolments tab
