FleetHire Assets allows you to organise your Assets and store and send completed On Hire / Off Hire condition reports.
Any changes to actual Asset data will need to be completed in FleetAdmin

Asset Configuration
Go to FleetHire
Click on an Assets
Select into a specific asset to view information
Under the 'Asset Configuration Tab' you can link Assets that will be hired out together on a regular basis - eg. trailers, attachments.
Clicking on Remove will delete the link between assets paired.
Condition Reports - On / Off Hire Checklists
Click on Condition Report tab
This will list all On / Off Hire reports completed for Asset - These are also stored against the Asset in FleetMaint-Asset View
Click on required Condition report
This will show all entries & photos taken
Click on 'Send / View Condition Report' to email & view report in PDF
To Email
Click on 'Send / View Condition Report' to email & view report in PDF
Select required Template
Enter any cc: or Bcc:
Tip: Ensure you select the 'Tab' key after entering email will save address correctly
Click 'Attachments' to Include Condition Report PDF
Select correct Template
Send to Email
To View/Download PDF
Click on Send/View Condition Report
Click on 'Attachments'
Select Pdf Template on the condition report item
Click on View PDF
This will download the PDF for viewing and save to device or browser 'downloads'
Link Contract to existing On/ Off Hire Report
Click into Condition Report required that does not have Contract field linked.
In the contract number field, select from drop down of existing contracts that have the asset linked. Contracts that are two weeks either side of the original Condition report date will appear here.
Choose Contract, select the Icon to save
