FleetMaint - Asset View

The Asset view page allows you to see all information for an individual Asset.  It will display all open and closed Work Orders, Prestarts, Condition Reports & Notifications created for the Asset. 

  • Go to FleetMaint
  • Click on Asset View


Filter Assets

  • To find one Asset, enter the Asset number in the heading bar, then click on Asset


  • Use the green Filter box to filter via Fleet Type, Asset Types etc
  • Use Filters to access your required Assets
  • It is possible to select multiple Assets
  • Click Apply 



  • Use the toggle to Only show Assets with open Work Orders
  • Once you have filtered to your required Assets click on PDF or CSV export
  • If your Asset list is large you may find you can only filter via CSV

The PDF and CSV export report includes additional columns:

  • Allocated Driver – Allocated via FleetAdmin-Asset Details 
  • Current Driver – The last User to complete a Prestarts on Asset
  • Time – The time the current driver was recorded to be working on the asset
  • Last Service Notes - Displays notes included on the last service Work Order

Sort Assets



It is possible to sort Assets as required using the column headings.

  • Click on the headings to display Assets in your required order.

Max Job Priority Job Priority Work Order has been given
Latest Open Date Date of latest Work Order created
Open Jobs How many open Work Orders for Asset
Closed Jobs How many closed Works Orders for Asset
Next Service Displays the next service interval for the Asset
Service Due In Displays the kms / hrs remaining before the service becomes overdue

Columns with (*) provide information regarding the latest service and are not filterable

Lastest Service* Displays the description of the last service Work Order for that Asset. Click on link to go to that Work Order
Scheduled Start* See at a glance if the service Work Order has been scheduled & what date.
Assigned* See at a glance if the service Work Order has ben assigned to a Fitter
Closed Date*

Displays the closed date of the last service Work Order displayed

  • Click on Asset to go to Asset Summary Page


Asset Summary Page

The Summary page will give you all Work Order history, view completed Prestarts, trigger & create Work Orders for this Asset. Meter updates can also be done on this page.




Summary - See the Assets current location & details. Generate a summary or detailed report on Asset Maintenance. Add notes & update Meters if required.

Access the Public Maintenance History Page 

Update Meters

Current Meters - Enter correct Kms & Hrs into fields, then click on Update Meters

Meter History - View all manual meter updates.  

Pending Meter Updates - Pending meter updates can be entered. This will allow tracked assets that are out of mobile coverage to have their meters kept manually up to date.  Auto servicing will read meters from pending meter updates, ensuring Work Orders for Assets not in mobile service areas are created. 

When an Asset comes back into service the system will use the last manual update as the Assets current hours.

Please note: Please ensure to do a manual check of the meter when Asset comes back into service to ensure meter readings are correct.



Notifications - Here you can view all Notifications created in FleetAdmin. It is possible to 'Trigger Now' at any time to create a Work Order

Services - Lists all services created in Auto Service Settings.  Services can also be manually generated at any time.

Click on New Work Order to create a blank Work Order for this Asset.

View all open, closed & deleted Work Orders.  All Prestarts completed are available & if you are a FleetHire client all condition reports
