FleetSafety - Subcontractor - Free Sign Up

FleetSafety Subcontractors allows companies to invite their Subcontractors to The Fleet Office. 

Subcontractors will receive an invitation from their client via email.  Signing in, the Subcontractor will have access to a FREE version of The Fleet Office.  Enabling the Subcontractor to add insurances, users, upload tickets & complete inductions.

Subcontractors then send their Company Unique Identifier, to the company that invited them. This is the required link, giving the Company access to entered information.

Receive Email Invitation 

Once you have received your email invitation, please follow the below instructions:

  • Click on Register

  • Fill out company details
  • Ensure phone number is a valid Australian number
  • Click Register
  • Wait for the SMS verification link
  • Click on link on your phone to verify

  • Once account is verified
  • Click on The Fleet Office Logo
  • Use your email & created password to Login

You now have access to the free Subcontractor version of The Fleet Office.

Adding Company Information

  • Click on FleetAdmin
  • Organisation
  • Enter information into the Details column
  • As a Subcontractor, there is no requirement to add Departments, Positions or Cost Codes

Add Employees / Users

Add Tickets

Once an Employee/User had been added there will be an option to add Tickets.

These tickets will be available to the User in their TFO Induction log in.

 

Company Unique Identifier

Once you have added your Company details, send the inviting Company your Company Unique Identifier is what links your account to the Company that invited you.
  • Go to Organisation
  • Click on the Company Unique Identifier
  • The system will automatically copy the Code

  • Send code via Email to the inviting company

Employee Induction Notifications

Once the Inviting Company has approved your CUI you can send your employee's the Induction link. This link can be emailed multiple times if lost by your employee.
  • Go to Users
  • Click on Induction
  • Select the Inviting Company from the dropdown
  • Select Users / Employees to complete that Company's Induction

  • Select the Position of the Employee.  This will ensure that your employee is providing the correct tickets & completing the training for the relevant Position.

  • Click Send Emails

This will email a login link to your selected Employees requesting them to complete the inviting company's Inductions.

Employee Induction Status

It is possible to check the Induction status of your employees for each inviting company.
  • Go to Users
  • Induction
  • Employee induction Status will show which employees are approved for each company induction
