FleetMaint - Prestart Summary

Prestarts are completed via The Fleet Office App

The Prestarts Summary page will show you a colour coded list of your assets and if/when a Prestart has been completed. Filters can be used to narrow down your Asset list.  Use the Calendar to view previous days.

Please Note: Prestarts completed on untracked Assets, if the mobile devices does not have location services enabled, the location will default to Uluru NT. 

• Go to FleetMaint
• Click on Prestarts Today

Click button to skip ahead to: 

Prestart Summary Filters

• Choose Fleet Type
• Select the required date
• Use drop down to filter by Divisions

Use the white fields to search for a particular Asset, Asset Type or Operator.  (Operator name will only appear on Compliant Prestart page)

Ignition Time	The time the system receives the first ignition on from the tracker.
Run Time	Total run time of Asset
Submitted	The time the Operator submits the Prestart via the App - Compliant Page only
(Processed)	The time the System received the Prestart - This may differ in low mobile service areas.  See Completing a Prestart - Without Mobile Service
Asset Timezone	Your company's default time zone is set from FleetAdmin Organisation page.  If you have assets that operate in multiple states and territories, you can set specific time zones for your assets using Divisions.

 

Non-Compliant Prestarts

Please Note: The traffic light functionality is only available on Assets that have The Fleet Office trackers installed 

Red	The Asset has had ignition on for over 30 minutes and the Prestart has not yet been completed.
Orange	Ignition has been on for under 30 minutes, without a Prestart completed

This page is read only, go to FleetAdmin - Alerts to create an email Alert for a Vehicle Running without Prestart.  This Alert will trigger when the assets moves into the Red - 30 minutes of operation without Prestart completed.

Compliant Prestarts

Green - Prestart completed

Prestarts completed for untracked Assets will also appear here

Unused

White - Either no ignition has been received for this asset or the Asset is untracked.

Exports - Alerts & Reports

The pre start lists can be exported to CSV 

• Select Report date range 
• Ensure you're on the 'Non Complaint' Tab or 'Compliant' tab to export relevant data
• Select Export

It is possible to create Alerts to notify required people when Prestarts are non-compliant
